Stephanie is the Office Manager at Battlefield Family Dentistry and has been dedicated to the dental field since 2005. With a passion for creating positive experiences for both patients and team members, she brings warmth, professionalism, and a strong sense of commitment to her role every day. Stephanie thrives on the variety her position offers and takes pride in building meaningful relationships with patients. Her top priority is ensuring that everyone who walks through the door feels genuinely welcomed, cared for, and valued. Outside the office, Stephanie enjoys playing board games with her husband Brad, spending time their two dogs and getting lost in a good book.

Cynthia has nine years of experience in the dental field and she specializes in administrative support and creating a smooth, welcoming experience for patients. She is passionate about patient care, organization and ensuring every detail contributes to a positive experience. In her free time she loves being with her family and pets and spending time at the beach with a good book.

Hi, I’m Mary and I am the lead dental assistant at Battlefield Family Dentistry! I graduated from ECPI University with an Associate’s Degree in 2016 and have been in dentistry for almost 9 years with experience in pediatric and general dentistry. I am certified with the Dental Assisting National Board and love having the opportunity to continue to learn new technologies in dentistry. I am passionate about providing a positive, safe and comfortable dental experience and enjoy getting to know each and every one of my patients. I currently live in Suffolk with my husband, Josh and our dog, Willie! In my spare time I enjoy traveling, going to the beach, reading, baking, and spending time with family.

Hi! I am Kaila and I am a registered dental assistant who has truly fallen in love with the world of dentistry. I enjoy helping patients feel at ease and making their dental experience as smooth and positive as possible. I am passionate about learning, growing, and being a supportive part of the dental team. Outside of work, I love to shop, travel, and explore new places whenever I can. I am excited for what the future holds in my dental career.

Renee has been a licensed dental hygienist since 2006 and has proudly served patients in the Hampton Roads area throughout her career. With a strong commitment to providing compassionate, thorough care, she is dedicated to helping patients achieve and maintain optimal oral health. Her approach emphasizes patient education and comfort, creating a welcoming environment for individuals of all ages. A life long resident, Renee enjoys an active lifestyle outside the office. She is passionate about fitness, spending time outdoors, and caring for her dogs.

LeeAnn is a Registered Dental Hygienist specializing in preventive care, gum health, and patient education. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Dental Hygiene with a minor in Psychology from Old Dominion University. With clinical expertise and compassionate communication, LeeAnn helps patients feel confident, comfortable, and informed while managing their oral health. She’s dedicated to offering a personalized experience and encourages patients to take an active role in their care to achieve a healthy smile. Outside of work, LeeAnn enjoys reading, spending time with her pets and family, traveling, relaxing, and trying new recipes.
