Dental insurance at Battlefield Family Dentistry
Battlefield Family Dentistry is in-network with most PPO dental insurance plans, and we file your claim for you. We work with many major carriers, including Aetna, Ameritas, Anthem, Cigna, Connection Dental, Delta Dental Premier, Guardian, Humana, MetLife, and UCCI Elite.

Financing options
For treatment beyond what insurance covers, or when you would rather spread the cost out, we offer two simple financing options you can apply for right in the office.
Sunbit
Quick, straightforward financing built to fit a range of budgets. You apply in just a few minutes at the office and pay in manageable monthly installments.
CareCredit
If paying for treatment all at once isn't the right fit, CareCredit may help. We accept CareCredit for out-of-pocket dental costs, giving approved patients a way to pay over time. Both options are available on everything we do — cleanings, implants, Invisalign, whitening, all of it. If you're not sure which one makes sense for you, just ask. We'll walk you through it.
No insurance? Our in-house dental plan
If you do not have dental insurance, our in-house dental plan is an easy way to save on the care you need. It's not insurance; it's a simple membership.
You pay a low monthly cost, your routine care is included, and you get 20% off most other treatment. There are no claim forms, no annual maximums, and no waiting periods, and your benefits start immediately.
Adult Essential
$36 / month
For adults. Includes every 6 months: a professional cleaning, a routine exam, and routine X-rays. Plus 20% off most other treatment. Additional family members are $34 a month each.
Child Essential
$33 / month
For children 12 and under. Includes every 6 months: a professional cleaning, a routine exam, and routine X-rays. Plus 20% off most other treatment. Additional children are $31 a month each.
Perio Plus
$70 / month
For patients managing gum disease. Includes every 3 months: periodontal maintenance, a routine exam, and routine X-rays. Plus 20% off most other treatment. Additional members are $68 a month each.
A one-time enrollment fee of $79 per member applies. Sign up and use your benefits the same day.

Before any treatment beyond your routine visit, we walk you through what it costs and how your insurance, financing, or plan applies. If you ever have a question about a charge, ask us. We would rather take the time to explain it than leave you guessing.
