Meet the Team

Dr. Grabowski earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree at the University of Michigan, after a Bachelor of Science in Physiology at Michigan State. Originally from Kalamazoo, Michigan, he is happiest outdoors, golfing, running, cycling, or skiing. He is also committed to giving back, and has volunteered with Mission of Mercy and on a Global Outreach trip to Honduras. Patients know him for his patience and for taking the time to explain things clearly.

Dr. Chen grew up in Las Vegas and was inspired to become a dentist by his own family dentist, who showed him how much long-term relationships with patients can matter. He studied biology at UCLA, earned his dental degree at UCSF, and completed an extra year of hospital training in Chicago caring for medically complex and special-needs patients. He treats every patient as a person first, and adapts each visit to their comfort. Outside the office he is a self-described foodie who loves live music, golf, and traveling with his wife, a Navy dentist.

Stephanie has worked in dentistry since 2005 and leads our front office with warmth and a genuine love for people. Her goal is simple: that everyone who walks through the door feels welcomed and cared for. Outside work, she enjoys playing board games with her husband Brad, spending time with their two dogs, or getting lost in a good book.

With nine years in the dental field, Cynthia keeps things running smoothly behind the scenes and makes sure every detail of your visit adds up to a good experience. She loves being with her family and pets and spending time at the beach with a good book.

Mary graduated from ECPI University and is certified with the Dental Assisting National Board, with nearly nine years of experience in pediatric and general dentistry. She loves learning new techniques and getting to know each patient. She lives in Suffolk with her husband Josh and their dog Willie, and enjoys traveling, the beach, reading, and baking.

Kaila is a registered dental assistant who genuinely loves this field and takes pride in helping patients feel at ease. She is always eager to learn and grow, and she brings a positive energy to the team. Outside work she likes to shop, travel, and explore new places.

Maricruz earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology from Mary Baldwin University and her dental hygiene degree from Virginia Peninsula Community College, where she received the Hu-Friedy Golden Scaler Award for clinical excellence. Gentle and detail-oriented, she believes great care is about building trust, not just cleaning teeth. She is a proud wife and mom of two who loves being outdoors with her family.

LeeAnn holds a Bachelor's degree in Dental Hygiene with a minor in Psychology from Old Dominion University. She specializes in preventive care and gum health, and she is known for helping patients feel comfortable and informed about their care. Away from the office she enjoys reading, traveling, cooking, and time with her family and pets.
